In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy. You can exchange any product up to fourteen days from the invoice date on your order after completing the on-line exchange form, or return any item for credit up to fourteen days from original purchase date with a
20% restocking fee deduction of the purchase price and less shipping charges.

- Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form for a return authorization number (RA#), and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. You must receive a RA# before you return any goods to us. Merchandise without a RA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued and RA#'s are valid for ten days from date of issuance, and the RA# must be clearly displayed on your return packing label and on the outside of the box.
- All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns
